|p|Prior to establishing Union, Adam was the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Urban Data Solutions, a technology company that delivered 3D city modeling and visualization solutions to leading government, real estate, telecommunications, and media companies. As an architect, Adam worked with the firms of Skidmore Owings and Merrill and Richard Meier and Partners. He graduated from Virginia Tech, School of Architecture.|/p|

|p|Before founding Union, Clint operated Bottoni Design and worked as a design consultant with Gilmore Group, Core Brand, Skeggs Design, Aabalone Red and Warner Bros. Online. He worked as a designer, illustrator and developer with Wood Design on large scale multi-disciplinary projects. He graduated from University of Cincinnati, School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning.|/p|

|p|Before becoming a founding member in Union, Tom established Wood Design, creating distinctive work in branding and identity, interactive experience and print for a select group of clients. He has worked for such respected talents as Richard Saul Wurman,Tibor Kalman and Massimo Vignelli. He is a graduate of University of Cincinnati, School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning.|/p|
